Jeff Holzbauer

Jeff Holzbauer is Chief Operating Officer at Harbor Logistics, bringing over 15 years of end-to-end supply chain leadership across retail, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. Prior to joining Harbor, Jeff held key roles with industry leaders including Kohl’s Department Stores, Daimler Trucks North America, and Walmart.

During his tenure as General Manager and Senior Director of Supply Chain at Walmart, Jeff successfully opened and operated a three-million-square-foot import facility, later leading transformative supply chain optimization initiatives. His career is marked by impactful work in startup development, labor management, warehouse management systems (WMS), and continuous improvement, supported by his deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, where he also distinguished himself as an Academic All-Big Ten football player—reflecting his drive, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field.
