Jeff Martin joins Harbor Logistics as the Vice President of Transportation, bringing deep experience leading large‑scale fleet and terminal operations across bulk, retail, manufacturing, and foodservice networks. In his role, Jeff oversees transportation strategy, fleet operations, safety and compliance, capacity planning, and performance management, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and scalable growth.

Prior to joining Harbor Logistics, Jeff held senior transportation and operations leadership roles with Keenan Advantage Group (Xcel Bulk Logistics), Trimac Transportation, Maines Paper & Foodservice, Rite Aid, and Panera Bread. Across these roles, he led multi‑site operations, improved safety performance, strengthened driver engagement, and delivered consistent operational results.

Jeff is known for his hands‑on leadership style and commitment to building strong frontline teams through clear expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement. Based in the Charleston, South Carolina area, he is passionate about developing future leaders and building transportation organizations that operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Harbor’s long‑term vision.
