Kevin Shuba is a seasoned transportation and logistics leader with over 40 years of experience driving operational excellence, business development, and private equity growth across the sector. He currently serves as CEO Harbor Logistics, where he oversees strategic direction, performance, and expansion initiatives.

Previously, Kevin spent eight years as CEO of OmniTRAX Inc., one of North America’s largest private railroad holding companies. His leadership also shaped Brambles Limited’s operations for 16 years, managing CHEP’s U.S. and Americas logistics services. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and management roles at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, gaining a decade of experience in the healthcare industry.

Kevin has also served on the boards of multiple private equity-backed logistics companies, contributing deep industry insight across freight, infrastructure, and supply chain sectors. A U.S. Army veteran, he served for six years and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
