Vince Lombardy is a results‑driven manufacturing and operations executive with more than 15 years of experience leading complex, high‑performance industrial organizations.  Recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer, he brings a hands‑on leadership style centered on safety, operational excellence, and people development.

Prior to joining Harbor Logistics, Vince held senior leadership roles across manufacturing, healthcare technology, and aerospace, with responsibility spanning operations, training and development, and safety assurance. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he has been nationally recognized for best‑in‑class safety and reliability practices.

Vince has extensive experience leading multi‑site, high‑precision manufacturing operations, consistently achieving 100% on‑time delivery while exceeding EBITDA and profitability targets. His leadership has driven significant cost reductions, improved asset utilization, and measurable gains in overall equipment effectiveness, without compromising quality or safety.

He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and multiple industry certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, and remains actively engaged in regional and state manufacturing leadership focused on workforce and operational excellence.
